Payment
To secure your safari experience, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) are processed via a secure and trusted payment gateway, ensuring complete peace of mind when confirming your reservation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• As each experience is carefully curated, we kindly request that all cancellations be submitted in writing to the original booking source.
• Flexible rate reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in a 100% charge of the full reservation value.
• In the case of a no-show, the full value of the reserved stay and experiences will be charged
Amendments to Reservations
Should you wish to adjust your journey, all amendments must be made through the original booking source. Please note that any changes made within 30 days of arrival will fall within the cancellation policy and may incur applicable charges.
Arrival & Departure
• Check-in: 14:00 – 16:00
Your safari begins with a warm welcome. For arrivals outside of these hours, kindly inform the lodge in advance, as the main gate closes at 22:00
• Check-out: 11:00
We encourage a relaxed departure, allowing you to savor your final moments in the bush
Children Policy
At Kambaku 2, we warmly welcome families and guests of all ages to share in the beauty of the African bush.
• Children of all ages are welcome
• For safety and comfort, children under the age of 12 years are not permitted to participate in guided bush walks
• In accordance with safety regulations, children under 2 years of age are not permitted on open safari vehicles when travelling on national roads.
• Children under 3 years may be accommodated in their parents’ bed, Cribs and extra beds aren't available at this property.
